Some of the courses available through the Learning Hub have pre-requisite or approval requirements. Any applicable pre-requisites will be noted in the course catalogue entry or description. If pre-requisites or approval requirements apply, you must submit the form below to provide us with evidence that you meet the listed requirements.

Examples of possible evidence include: professional body registration numbers, membership numbers, certificates, proof of qualification, written references, etc. Fields are provided below for both written evidence and documentation upload.

Once you have submitted your application, the Learning Hub team will evaluate the submission and inform you of the approval status via email within 5 business days.
